Karen Ball’s Pitching Academy is Pennsylvania's best source for softball pitching instruction. Instructional Methods:

1. Start with the fundamentals of pitching
2. Give student pitchers a warm-up routine. 
3. Each pitcher is given a set of pitching phases to do as a warm-up.  Each one of these phases is a part of their motion. 
4. Work on mechanics first, then speed & control.  
5. Before a student pitcher can move on to different pitches, the pitcher must have their own control down. 
6. Maintain drills to work on their accuracy and speed.
